visiting a mystic family in Lipa City

One of my trips during my 26-day home visit to my family in the Philippines ( as monks, we are allowed to go on an annual home visit to our families for 26 days) was a trip to Lipa City- to visit one of my friends in Albuquerque City, NM who -at that time was in the Philippines also doing her visit to her family- Divina Padilla was a very religious woman and a devout of the Virgin Mary.
I went to Lipa City with no idea where that was, yet the only way to make me find her was a phone call while in transit to Lipa City from Manila.
I finally met Divina and she brought me to a family of mystics-, one son can read the palm of anyone and tell the future- another son can foretell the events that will just come and will happen in a day or two, and a mother was a real fortune teller.
I enjoyed being with the family and spent the day with them- Wait, they have a relative who was a Catholic priest and if i still remember it right, his name was Fr. Mendoza.

I Joined the Monastery of Christ in the Desert NM, USA and became monk in 2002. I started blogging in 2004. In 2010, I left my monastic Community to attend to my mother who was seriously injured from an accident. She passed in December,2011. I settled in Los Angeles, California and continued serving God as volunteer Catechist in the Religious Education Faith Formation Program of St. Genevieve Religious Education School in Panorama City, CA, USA. In August 11th of 2014, I was offered a teaching job in the school district of Gallup, NM. In October 30th, I left the job to work as Religion Coordinator and Religion teacher in an Indian Reservation school in Zuni, NM.
