guests who help

Guests who volunteer to help at the community giftshop was always welcome and appreciated!

As giftshop manager, I had to see to it that our giftshop was well kept and  display was well organized.

These two ladies, actually siblings, did volunteer their time to help manage the store for a day.

I was so appreciative from that gesture as I really needed help and assistance since I always get caught doing the online orders of customers...preparing their orders, sorting them out, packaging them and providing them with postage stamps.

stop requested

As commuter, it is a must to always pull the cord to make the bus driver know that I want to get off the next stop. I have never been a commuter in the USA but not until after I came over california and live life outside the monastery. Living alone is one of the challenges i encountered after leaving the portals of my community in New Mexico. It took me almost a year to get myself adjusted to the lifestyle and the ways of life outside the monastery. Since then, i know now that to get off the bus on the next stop, I only need to pull the cord or push a button situated on the  handlers.

haircut...

A hairstyle, hairdo, or haircut refers to a styling of head hair.

The fashioning of hair can be considered an aspect of personal grooming, fashion, and cosmetics, although practical considerations also influence some hairstyles. Hairstyles are also influenced by various subcultures.

A hairstyle's aesthetic considerations may be determined by many factors, such as the subject's physical attributes and desired self-image or the stylist's artistic instincts.

Physical factors include natural hair type and growth pattern, face and head shape from various angles, and overall body proportions; medical considerations may also apply.

Self-image may be directed toward conforming to mainstream values (military-style crew cuts or current "fad" hairstyles such as the Dido flip), identifying with distinctively-groomed subgroups (e.g., dreadlocks or punk hair), or obeying religious dictates (e.g., Orthodox Jewish payot or the Sikh practice of kesh), though this is highly context-dependent and a "mainstream" look in one setting may be limited to a "subgroup" in another.

Hairstyling may also include adding accessories to the hair to hold it in place, enhance its ornamental appearance, or partially or fully conceal it with coverings such as a kippa, hijab, or turban.

hating the one you love...

love is a merry-go-round...sometimes, we hate the one we love and oftentimes we love the one we dislike.
