baking monastery bread

I was in the Philippines, on my home visit- in January of 2007, when my mother asked me what I was doing as baker of the monastery- I told her that i baked loaves and loaves of whole wheat bread and sells them online- This was one of my works in the monastery. That day in January, I showed my mom and my sister Salome how to really bake a whole wheat bread! And I enjoyed the idea of my demo.
