Helping at the dining hall during mealtimes is one thing that I enjoy in my work at RB community because it gives me a chance to get to the lives of its residents. In a way, I was able to get them to like the activities offered by my department: the Activity dept. Serving them coffee or tea makes them return the favor by accepting my invitation to attend the activity offered for the day.
