sometime in year 2007, I stayed alone in the kitchen baking loaves and loaves of monastery wheat bread until past midnight

This was what I had to do when the community ran out of bread for consumption and for sale from our gift shop: bake loaves and loaves of  bread until midnight!

 It was me who did the trending of self shots....because it seemed that all the activities that i did in my life needed to be documented by photos as proof that I  did this and that and I lived this and that.... As early as 2002, I was doing selfie amidst my daily routines inside the monastery.

For I knew that someday, I will need to show them and post them up in my blog as part of my life in retrospects!
