Going to the gym was one of my must-do routine since I left the monastery. This gives me a chance to release toxens and stress from my work at the facility. My physical workout at the gym built resistance and stamina from my day-to-day work. It is an important activity for one person like me who works with residents whose life is nearing to its end. I inspire them and give meaning and sense of purpose in the twilight of their life.
