I developed a chronic problem with my elbow with my situation in the monastery as giftshop manager and guesthouse cleaner. My task in the giftshop was to download online orders in our online giftshop from customers who buy all kinds of stuff in our giftshop. Because I was at the computer for hours in the morning and in the afternoon, I got this weird pain on my elbow which my chiropractor called as tendenitis.-a disease of my tendons on my elbow. It took time -years, until 2010- for the elbow problem to finally go away.
