This was my hobby when I was at the monastery: Going fishing at the river of Chama in the monastery property.
The boat would allow me to boat as far as the other side of the river and would give me more chances to catch more trouts. Trouts are delicious when cooked with vinegar and soy sauce.
The white monks hated the smell of my sauteed trout while the Mexican, Vietnamese, Indian and Filipino monks loved the sauteed trout
